Last week the market saw a crash across several sectors. These are challenging times considering emotions can take over in the midst of the investment game. It was a Bear market and thought it would be a great time to profit. We as investors can win in Bear or Bull markets.
During a Bear market some companies in my portfolio like Square (SQ) to a dip, specifically after Earnings Call. Tesla crashed down, but I'm not really concerned. One stock dropped $10, I sold, waited until it dropped to its lowest point (share price-$40), and then I bought again.
Many people were upset by looking at the market watching their money slip away. Ideally in this scenario patience is the best weapon. For those who don't have the patience, selling is a good option. You can always come back and buy back into the company. Still need to be careful because depending on the company, it may not be a recovery in the near future. Again, patience is a virtue.
Yesterday was good sign from all three major indexes
