People wanting to start a business, be a CEO, or a boss is ok. There are many ways to be an owner of a company and investing in the Stock Market is one of them. Once I buy shares in a company, that makes me a partner. I may be a minority owner, but nonetheless I'm still an owner. Us as owners has the right to help make decisions by voting on certain issues concerning the company. During earnings calls we as owners has the right to ask the CEO & CFO questions.
